Official Letter of Invitation:
Some countries require a letter of invitation to travel. An official Letter of Invitation may be obtained by contacting the International Secretariat. A Letter of Invitation is only offered to those who provide a valid Curriculum Vitae (CV).

It is recommended that all attendees take out a personal travel and health insurance policy for their trip to the 12th International Congress in Chicago, IL, USA.
