Orthostatic Myoclonus Associated With SARS-CoV-2 Infection

Summary of observations:
A 68 year old female patient was hospitalized with diagnosis of COVID19 infection. The main symptoms were cough and nausea, followed by involuntary movements especially while standing. Neurological examination was unremarkable except for action tremor and shaky legs while standing. The phenomenology was thought as orthostatic myoclonus and she was put on Levetiracetam treatment. Cranial MR imaging was normal.
