Mandate: 

To achieve the end goal of providing equality of access to care globally, MDS will: 

• Establish a dialogue with other invested parties, included WHO, to identify what is needed at a country specific level; 
• Identify what activities groups are already doing to achieve this goal; 
• Identify what additional activities are needed and who is willing to assist; 
• Coordinate and avoid duplication of efforts; 
• Identify what additional groups may want to participate in these efforts
