Call for Cases: 
MDS Sessions at the 2025 EAN Congress

Submit cases for two movement disorder sessions at the EAN Congress in Helsinki, Finland (June 21-24, 2025)
 

2 case opportunities: 

MDS-ES European Basal Ganglia Club (EBGC)

Saturday, June 21: 15:30 - 17:00 EEST

Present interesting video cases during the next European Basal Ganglia Club at the 11th EAN Congress in Helsinki, Finland.

If you have an unpublished video case, you can submit it for consideration. A small panel will review and select four (4) cases. 

If selected, you will be invited to present your case during the MDS-ES European Basal Ganglia Club session after the C David Marsden Award Lecture. You will have up to 10 minutes to present your case.
 

New! MDS-ES/EAN Interactive Session: Movement Disorders in Daily Practice
Coordinated by the MDS Young Members Group and EAN Resident and Research Fellow Section (RRFS)

Monday, June 23: 15:30 - 17:00 EEST

Share your unpublished case demonstrating movement disorders in daily practice. Cases should focus on semiology and differential in situations encountered in daily practice (not rare cases). Cases will be evaluated based on the valuable learning points that are illustrated. 

Selected cases will be presented by the session faculty, acknowledging you for the case preparation. 
 

Submissions

Submissions must not have been previously published. 

Applications must include: 

  • Presenter’s Name, Institution, City, Country and email address
  • Title of Case
  • Summary of case (1-2 sentences)
  • Description of what will be observed in the video (do not send videos at this time)
  • Description of why this case is unique or of interest

Please do not send videos at this time. Submissions will be reviewed and notifications will be provided to applicants in April.
