This book provides a great insight into the mental world of 43 leaders of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society. Through structured interviews the readers may appreciate the diverse milestones and turning points in their careers, as well as their perceptions of the good practices and potential pittfalls in leadership and mentoring. Nevertheless, the stories described in this book have applications far beyond the field of movement disorders and may be inspirational for many individuals and organizations in the global environment.
